Steps to Apply for AP DEECET 3rd & 4th Phase Counseling Process 2022

Dear students, In order to appear in AP DEECET 2nd Phase counselling, the entrants must follow certain simple steps to apply online web options.

1. Online Registration (Counseling Form)

By visiting the official website of AP Govt, Commission of School Education, you can fill up the all required personal details in it.  Shortlisted candidates are advised to complete the DEECET AP Counselling registration process by providing the details. 2. Certification Verification Required

Entrants need to carry the following document at the counseling center for verification.

3.      AP DEECET Web Options Date 2022 1st 2nd Phase

• Login Details To start with, download the colleges list that is available at official web link
• For submission of preferences make online fee through Payment Gateway Services provided in web by giving your minimum details & obtain Transaction ID.
• After obtaining Transaction ID login & Click on link ‘Submission of Preferences for DEECET AP 2022 Admission’.
• The districts list will unveil on the portal.
• DIET & Private College List: – Select the districts into which you wish to seek admission to the DIET & Private Institutions. The D.El.ED course colleges list is also available here.
• Follow the ‘On Screen’ direction & messages that are given during the course of selection of your preferences (DIET).
• Hit on ‘Submit’ button
• After submission of preferences download the pdf of submitted preferences & read all information carefully
• Each candidate will permit to edit the preferences submitted by them for 2 times
• Submission of desires through Web Based Selection is not the end of admission process.
• It is only registration for D.El.Ed admission 2022-24.
• Number of Limit: – There is no limit to the number of choice locking to be given. The chances of allotment of seat will be more if the number of preferences submitted is added.
• But seat allotment will be made as per merit based and hence, all the contenders who have submitted choices may not be seats allotted.
• If you are provisionally selected for admission to any of the institute, you will be sent SMS on your active mobile number which is provided in the applications.
• Download Allotment Letter from onwards from officials and follow instructions provided on it with regard to document verification and fee payment.

4. Payment of Seat Allotment Fees

After the contenders have reported to the allotted DIET/ Private Colleges, they will have to pay the seat allotment fees to the institution through the provided mode. The admission fee is to be paid necessarily, as, without the same; the contenders will not be able to proceed to the further procedure of the AP DEECET Counselling Admission 2022.

5. Reporting to Allotted College

Further, the contenders will have to report to the allotted college on the scheduled date & time. This process will count as part of the first phase of counseling. In case the entrants fail to report to the allotted college, then they will not be considered for the further admission procedure and, hence, shall get dismissed.

6. Request regarding the Moving to higher position

Eligible aspirants are not satisfied with their allotted seats, and then they can apply for higher seat allotment.

This shall commence from the scheduled date and the closing date for the request for the upward movement is the available soon.
