किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या कॉलेज से किसी भी विषय में स्नातक की डिग्री  Orआकांक्षी को राष्ट्रीय शिक्षक शिक्षा परिषद उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से बीटीसी उत्तीर्ण Or शिक्षा में दो वर्षीय डिप्लोमा और किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से बी.टेक उत्तीर्ण किया हो Or यूजीसी से संबद्ध विश्वविद्यालय / कॉलेज से स्नातक और उत्तर प्रदेश से बीटीसी उर्दू प्रशिक्षण पास किया हो ये सभी योग्य है

1st Step: Online Registration (ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरना),Visit i.e. updeled.gov.in

• Click on Online Registration Form Link,

• Once online registration is complete, applicants receive a Registration Number.
