Required Educational Qualification: –
For Army Wing of National Defence Academy – Aspirants must be 12th Passed of the 10+2 (Senior Secondary) Board Examination or equivalent examination organized by a State Education Board or a Institution.
For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy – Entrants must be 12th Class Completed of the 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or equivalent with Physics & Mathematics arranged by a State Education Board or a Institution. Aspirants who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this test.

- NDA (I) 2022 exam, the entrants who are born not before 2nd July 2003 and not after 1st July, 2006 are eligible.
- For the NDA (II) 2022 exam, the candidates born between 2nd January 2004 and 1st January 2007 are eligible.
- The entrants who are of 16 1/5 years or above and not more than 191/5 years are eligible for the exam.
- Entrants must write the date of birth as mentioned in the matriculate document, secondary school leaving certificate or any other equivalent certification recognized by Institution. No other document for proof of date of birth will be accepted by the commission.

1st Step: First of all, you need to login the official website of UPSC i.e. https://www.upsc.gov.in/
2nd Step: Click on “ONLINE Registration for Exam of UPSC”.
3rd Step: Click on “Click Here for PART I” and read the instructions carefully and click on “Yes”.
4th Step: On page 1 fill in the information such as name of contenders, gender, DOB, parents’ details, , Mail ID, Active Phone Number, nationality, etc., and hit on “continue”.
