जस्टिस डी वाई चंद्रचूड़, सूर्य कांत और विक्रम नाथ की पीठ ने कहा कि यह एक नीतिगत मामला है जिसके लिए सरकारी अधिकारियों को निर्णय लेना चाहिए, और इस स्तर पर न्यायालय के किसी भी हस्तक्षेप के परिणामस्वरूप अराजकता होगी।
