ESIC UDC Prelims Exam Pattern 2022
- 1st Step: – Pre Test is qualifying in nature & marks will not be counted for final merit.
- For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking scheme is applicable.
- Total 1/4th of mark assigned to that question will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Aspirants will be shortlisted for Phase-2nd (Mains Exam) in the ratio of 1:10 i.e. about 10 times the number of posts in each category on basis of their performance in Phase – I Preliminary test.
The UDC Prelims Exam is qualifying in nature.

ESIC UDC Mains Exam Pattern 2022
- The marks obtained in 2nd Phase Mains test will be considered for final selection.
- For each incorrect answer, there will be a negative marking of 1/4 of the mark assigned to that question.
- Entrants will be shortlisted for Phase-III Computer Skill Test in the ratio of 1:5 i.e. about 5 times the number of posts in each category on the basis of their performance in Mains Examination.
- The ESIC UDC mains exam is an objective type exam.

Computer Skill Test (Phase 3rd) for UDC Exam 2022
The working knowledge of computers in respect of PWD Candidates who are unable to type shall be assessed by holding an Objective Type Computer Test of 50 Marks having 50 Questions with no negative marking.
Computer Skill Test will be qualifying in nature. Phase three or the computer skill test of the ESIC UDC is also qualifying in nature and has the following parts.
